ADVOCACY

ADVOCACY

When another person or a corporation violates the safety rules and causes you injury or damages, you are entitled to a full recovery. It’s a right we inherently (believe) as moral individuals; however, an insurance company does not operate on moral obligation or belief. Another person or a for profit corporation should not get a pass. The insurance company is in business to limit their liability. Our business is to enforce their accountability.

Surgical Injuries

Every year in the U.S., thousands of people require a surgery because of the fault of another person or a company. People that need a surgery are forced to live with life-changing issues and tremendous medical costs, such as:
  • Additional surgeries
  • Infection leading to other medical complications
  • Damage to organs
  • Nerve damage
  • Internal bleeding
  • Scarring or disfigurement
  • Permanent disability
If you or a family member has been injured due to the carelessness or negligence of a person or corporation, you have the right to hold them accountable. John Truskett has over 10 years of experience in personal injury cases and cares about his clients.
